Setting Dial Broadband pada Sistem Operasi

A. Windows XP

1. Klik Start

2. Klik Control Panel

3. Klik Network connections

4. Klik Create a new connection, Next

5. Pilih Connect to the internet, Next

6. Pilih Set up my connection manually, Next

7. Pilih Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password, Next

8. Masukkan ISP Name: Speedy, Next

9. Masukkan user name (nmrspeedy@telkom.net) dan password, Next

10. Kalau mau dibuat shortcut di desktop, centang Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop, Finish!

B. Windows Vista

1. Klik Start

2. Klik Connect to

3. Klik Set up a connection or network

4. Pilih Connect to the Internet, Next

5. Kalau sudah ada koneksi yang lain, pilih Set up a new connection anyway

6. Create a new connection, Next

7. Pilih Broadband (PPPoE)

8. Masukkan user name (nmrspeedy@telkom.net) dan password, beri nama koneksi Speedy

9. Langsung klik Connect

10. Connected!

C. Mac OS Tiger

1. Klik System Preferences

2. Klik Network

3. Pilih Built-in Ethernet

4. Klik TCP/IP, Apply Now

5. Klik PPPoE, dicentang

• Service Provider: Telkom

• Account Name: (nmrspeedy@telkom.net)

• Password: (password speedy)

• PPPoE Service Name: Speedy

• Apply Now

D. Mac OS Leopard

1. Klik System Preferences

2. Klik Network

3. Pilih Built-in Ethernet

4. Configure: Create PPPoE Service

• Service Name: Speedy; Done

• PPPoE Service Name: Speedy

• Account Name: (nmrspeedy@telkom.net)

• Password: (password speedy)

• Remember this password; untuk menyimpan password

• Apply
